I ordered beautiful Flower arrangement with assorted chocolates and truffles in basket for Christmas but all I got delivered was a red awful teddy bear with some chocolates and cheap flower. When I contacted the customer service I had to waste my time and give them detailed instructions on what should be included/excluded from the delivery.
